Trend2Product ("we", "us") is operated by Jailyric McFarland, who acts as data controller for the personal data described below.

- Account data — email, name, login credentials, OAuth identifiers.
- Service data — keywords, niches, prompts, blueprints, vault items, and AI outputs you generate.
- Usage data — pages visited, feature usage, error logs, device and browser metadata, IP address.
- Support data — messages you send us.
Payment information (card details, billing address) is collected and processed directly by Paddle and is not stored on our systems.

- To create and maintain your account (contract performance).
- To provide the Service and generate AI outputs you request (contract performance).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and secure the Service (legitimate interests).
- To improve the product and respond to support requests (legitimate interests).

4. Who we share it with
- Hosting, database, and infrastructure providers used to operate the Service.
- AI model providers used to generate outputs from your prompts.
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for payments, subscriptions, taxes, and invoicing.

- Authorities where required by law.
5. Retention
We keep account and service data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
