Request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription. Renewals and subsequent subscriptions are not eligible under this guarantee.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow the instructions, or reply to your purchase confirmation email.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the Billing page. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period; renewals will not be charged.
