1. Who we are

Trend2Product ("we", "us", "the Service") is operated by Jailyric McFarland. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Trend2Product is an AI-powered platform that turns keywords, niches, and trends into ranked product opportunities, launch blueprints, AI prompts, and sales forecasts for creators selling on Etsy, KDP, Shopify, Print-on-Demand, Pinterest, TikTok Shop, and similar marketplaces. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or sales-guaranteed performance.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam.
• Infringe intellectual property or generate content that violates the rights of others.
• Probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the security of the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs as a competing product.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for verifying any AI-generated output before publishing or selling it.

4. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Service, its software, branding, and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the limits of your chosen plan. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, subject to the rights you hold in the underlying input.

5. Payment and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See Paddle's Buyer Terms for payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 6 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8. AI-generated content

AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for regulated professional use without human oversight. You are responsible for verifying outputs and ensuring you have rights to any input content you submit. We may remove content or suspend accounts for repeated rights-holder complaints.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
