Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility

You must have a Trend2Product account in good standing to participate. We may decline or terminate participation at our discretion.

2. Commissions

The default program pays 20% recurring commission on every payment made by a referred customer for their first 12 months on a paid plan. Rates and models (recurring vs. one-time) may be adjusted per affiliate by Trend2Product.

• Commissions are earned only on successful, non-refunded payments.
• Self-referrals, refunded payments, chargebacks, and payments made with credits or discount codes issued to the affiliate do not qualify.

3. Attribution

We use a 60-day last-click cookie. When a new customer signs up within that window after clicking your referral link, they're permanently attributed to your account.

4. Payouts

• Commissions move to Approved after the 30-day refund window has passed.
• Approved commissions pay out monthly once your Approved balance reaches the $25 minimum.
• You are responsible for providing a valid payout email and method (PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer) and for any taxes owed in your jurisdiction.

5. Refunds and chargebacks

If a referred customer refunds or charges back a payment, the corresponding commission will be voided or clawed back from your next payout.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Bid on Trend2Product brand terms in paid search or run ads that could be mistaken for official Trend2Product ads.
• Use spam, unsolicited email, or misleading claims to promote your link.
• Use coupon, cashback, or rebate sites that offer kickbacks to the customer.
• Impersonate Trend2Product or misrepresent the product's features, pricing, or guarantees.

Violation may result in withheld commissions and termination from the program.

7. Program changes

We may change commission rates, attribution windows, payout thresholds, or these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. Unpaid Approved commissions that meet the payout minimum will be paid in the next payout cycle after termination, unless terminated for cause.
